Illinois Gov. Blagojevich arrested
Oh for fuck’s sake. And we just elected one of these Chicago Machine politicians as President?
The next four years are going to be a wake-up call to the Democrats the way the last four were (or should have been) to the Republicans. There is something desperately wrong with both parties, something deep and something that may not be fixable.

Don’t worry jim. Our media will be sure to empahsize that Obama is the exception to the rule of Chicago politicians. Blago looks to be joining the fine list of Illinois governors though. If he winds up in jail he will be the 4th of the past 7 governors from there to go. The others were 2 democrats 1 republican.
